Welkom op het arbitrage gedeelte van het Easter Open toernooi. Zonder scheidsrechters geen voetbal en dus zoeken wij ook voor ons toernooi naar enthousiaste scheidsrechters die het leuk vinden om internationale ervaring op te doen. Door de jaren heen is het toernooi flink gegroeid en dit vraagt dus ook om meer scheidsrechters. Voor het toernooi in 2012 verwachten wij ongeveer 75 scheidsrechters nodig te hebben om alle wedstrijden in goede banen te leiden. Het mooie van ons toernooi is dat scheidsrechters de kans krijgen om wedstrijden te fluiten tussen teams uit verschillende landen en wedstrijden in alle leeftijden van D-jeugd tot en met A-jeugd. Wij zijn niet alleen op zoek naar gediplomeerde KNVB-scheidsrechters, ook verenigingsscheidsrechters zijn van harte welkom, alsmede scheidsrechters die samen met hun team afreizen naar ons toernooi maar ook graag een wedstrijd zouden willen fluiten. Minimale leeftijd om deel te nemen is 15 jaar. Het is mogelijk om op te geven voor beide dagen, maar het is ook mogelijk om maar één dag actief te zijn op ons toernooi. Wij hanteren een wedstrijdvergoeding per wedstrijd waarbij je kunt uitgaan van minimaal 6 wedstrijden per dag. Deze vergoeding is inclusief reiskosten, daar er ook scheidsrechters vanuit andere landen actief zijn. Gedurende de dag kom je niets tekort, voor eten en drinken wordt door de organisatie gezorgd. Wij vragen scheidsrechters die deelnemen zorgvuldig het toernooiregelement door te lezen daar er wat kleine afwijkingen zijn met de normale regels. Welcome to the refereeing section of the Easter Open. No football without referees, so for our tournament we are looking for enthusiastic referees who are keen on gathering some international experience. Throughout the years the tournament has grown bigger and this asks for more referees. For the 2012 edition we require about 75 referees to cover all the games. The great thing about this tournament is that referees have the opportunity to referee teams from different nations in all age groups between U12 up until U19, depending on your level. We are not just looking for experienced referees, we are also happy to see new, young and unexperienced referees who will have the opportunity to develop throughout the tournament. Official tournament observers will watch referees during the first day, to decide what age groups they will be in charge of on Final Sunday. The minimum age to participate is 15 years. The organization will pay a fee per match, with 6 games per day being the minimum. Only the finals and some U19 games will be covered by referee teams, all other games will be assisted by club-linesman. We ask referees who participate to carefully read the rules of this tournament as some will diverse from what you are used to. During the day you will be looked after by the home club, who will provide you with tokens for free food and drinks.
