On behalf of the organisation committee of the Easter open and Tiny van Gemert Sports, we all welcome the players, staff, referees and spectators at our international tournament




Voetbal Easter Open

The Easter open will be played in North-east Brabant and North Limburg. About 16 accommodations will be used over 2 days, and all the games will be played on grass. Traditional wise the tournament will be played in the Easter weekend, 22, 23 and 24 April 2011. The official opening of the weekend will take place on the Friday evening 22nd April, followed by the games for the group stages on Saturday 23rd April. On Sunday 24th April the progression games and the finals will be played. On the Saturday and Sunday you will take part of the games either in the morning or in the afternoon, which means that there will spare time for other activities during the day. Every participant will receive a small attention; the numbers 1-4 of every age group will receive a trophy. The schedule and venue where you will be pllaying will be placed on the website. There is a possibility to sign up for 23 groups, from U9 – U19, 6 girls groups and 17 boys groups. There 2 levels for the boys, A and B level. Every team will have games scheduled over 2 days. In the group stages there will be either 4 or 6 teams in a group. 




Voetbal Housing

There is a possibility to get three types of housing, hotel, youthhostels or bungalows in a holiday park. Be free to book your own accommodation. For more information please contact the organisation




Voetbal Subscription

Please make your choice on the website for which group you are willing to subscribe. After subscribing you agree with the rules and agreements of the tournament. There is a possibility to subscribe online. After receiving your payment, we will put you on the site of attendees. The placement of your team on the website will be the confirmation that your request is accepted.  End of the subscription period will be 1 March 2010. Cancellation will be allowed, but  subscription money will not be payed back. A list of players should brought with you on both the Saturday and the Sunday.




Voetbal Trophies

All the participants will get a remembrance of the Easter open. The numbers 1-4 of every age group will also receive a trophy. The winners get the big Easter open trophy.




Voetbal Scedule

Two weeks before the start of the tournament you will receive the schedule of the tournament, with information of the venue you will play on Saturday and Sunday.




Voetbal Insurances

Every member of the Easter open should have liability insurance, during the days of the tournament, including the days spending at your location in Holland. If your residence is a school, the organisation will not be responsible for any damage or loss of your personal belongings, theft, damage etc (see rules and regulations tournament). Our advice will be not to leave valuables in the schools and/or changing rooms




Voetbal Sport Accommodations

The Easter open will be played at 16 facilities. Because of the amount of teams playing at one facility, there is limited use of the changing rooms. In case you are using a changing room, the organisation is not responsible of any losses or damage of your personal belongings. There will always be two changing rooms available for showering after the games.

Over the years we were hosting teams of the UK, Germany, Belgium, France, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Australia, USA, Ireland, Russia, Ukraine and Hungary. Therefore we are looking forward to host again many teams from different countries which guarantees again the success of one of the biggest and most successful international tournaments in Holland, The Easter Open

The organisation committee wish you all, teams, players, staff, referees and spectators a pleasant stay in Holland and a good, but especially they are looking forward to see a tournament of great sportmanship with many international exchanges.
